Who is Electric CRM for?
Small sales teams, founders, and relationship-led businesses that want their deals, conversations, and follow-ups in one clear workspace.
Does Electric work with my email?
Electric currently connects to Microsoft Outlook. You choose when to sync, and matched emails appear alongside your CRM records. Gmail support is planned, but is not available yet.
Will AI make changes without asking?
AI can analyze your deals and suggest actions. Changes to deal fields and tasks go through a review or confirmation step, so you stay in control of what gets applied.
Can I use Electric with my team?
Yes. Create a workspace, invite teammates, assign owners to deals and tasks, and keep your notes and customer context together.
